Equine Brainstem — Dorsal View

The floor of the fourth ventricle (rhomboid fossa) is exposed on the right half of this equine brainstem. Vestibular nuclei are located in the floor of the fourth ventricle and the fasciculus cuneatus and spinal tract of the trigeminal nerve are evident caudally.
