Pertinent Anatomy

Purpose:

These case-based surgical anatomy presentations are intended to show first-year veterinary students a clinical context for the gross anatomy they are studying. Web sites such as these are expected to stimulate student interest in gross anatomy by demonstrating its clinical significance.

In addition to first-year students, junior and senior veterinary students who are involved in surgical rotations will be able to use these web sites to review anatomy that is pertinent to their surgery assignments.
