Severe brachygnathism in a mature horse. The name refers to the fact that the mandible is short relative to the skull so that the upper incisors (arrow) overhang like the beak of a parrot, hence the common name "parrot mouth". It is also referred to as an overbite or overjet. Cleft palate (asterisks) in the same goat shown in the first image.
