Three lobes of the cerebral hemisphere are labeled:
frontal lobe,
occipital lobe, and
temporal lobe. The parietal lobe, midway between frontal and occipital lob, is not well defined in the canine brain. The surface of the cerebrum features sulci (grooves) which delineate
gyri (ridges). To view specific sulci, click

Components of the rhinencephalon include: olfactory bulb (olfact bulb), lateral olfactory tract (olfact tr), and piriform lobe (piriform).
