Polydactile Equine Foot

An equine polydactyl foot is displayed. Normally horse limbs have only one toe and a single hoof. This animal had two toes on one forelimb. The foot appears bovine-like with hoof claws. The other 3 limbs and the rest of the horse were normal. This mutation occurred at one limb bud in the embryo.
