Equine Prognathism
Plastinated left half of a pony head. The mandible is too long (prognathism) and hence the lower incisor teeth (arrow) are further forward than the upper incisors. The nasal septum (S) is cut to expose the nasal conchae. B = brain, F = frontal sinus, P = medial pterygoid muscle.
