Sheep Brainstem — Ventral View

Features marked on the ventral surface of this brainstem include: pyramidal decussation (yellow), pyramids (orange), trapezoid body (green), pons (white), trigeminal nerve (red), and crus cerebri (blue). In the diencphalon, mamillary bodies, infundibulum, and optic chiasm are visible.
