A pregnant uterine horn (1) is elevated, stretching the broad ligament of the uterus (2). Uterine vessels (3) are visible. Notice the round ligament of the uterus (4) and the suspensory ligament of the ovary (5). The ovary is hidden within the ovarian bursa (6). A kidney (7) and median ligament of the urinary bladder (8) are visible.
