Identify the uterine horn (3) and the suspensory ligament of the ovary (4). The ovary is hidden within the ovarian bursa (5). The broad ligament (6) of the uterus attaches the uterus to the dorsal wall. Uterine vessels (arrows) are visible. Also identify the liver (7), spleen (8), and greater omentum (9).
