The spermatic cord (1) and the cremaster muscle (2) emerge from the superficial inguinal ring (3) along with external pudendal vessels (4) that run toward the superficial inguinal lymph node (5). The spermatic cord runs to the testis (6) within the scrotum (7).

Also notice the external abdominal oblique m. (8), internal abdominal oblique m. (9), rectus abdominis m. (10), and abdominal viscera (11).
