This is another view of the spermatic cord (1) and external pudendal vessels (2) emerging from the superficial inguinal ring (arrow), which is an opening in the aponeurosis (3) of the external abdominal oblique m. The spermatic cord proceeds to the scrotum (4). External pudendal vessels bifurcate near the superficial inguinal lymph node (5).
