Muscles are exposed bilaterally, arrows indicate the midline. Identify the longus colli m. (1) and, lateral to it, the longus capitis m. (2). The sternothyroideus & sternohyoideus mm. (4) and the sternocephalicus m. (5) are reflected along with the trachea.
