Medial region of the elbow, dissected to show tendons of insertion of the brachialis and biceps brachii mm. The biceps brachii m. (1) has a branched tendon of insertion on the radius and ulna. The brachialis m. (2) tendon (elevated by a probe) passes through the forked biceps brachii tendon to insert also on the radius and ulna. The pronator teres m. (3) has been transected and reflected to expose the tendons. Do this dissection in the next lab.
