Thoracic and cervical parts of the trapezius m. (1) have been reflected to reveal the three divisions of the rhomboideus m.: capitis (2), cervicis (3), and thoracis(4). Also visible are: latissimus dorsi m. (5); brachiocephalicus m. (6); serratus ventralis m. (7); and omotransversarius m. (8).

The asterisk indicates the area of aponeurosis that separates thoracic and cervical parts of the trapezius m.
